But this mindset holds us back. Networking isn’t about taking; it’s about building. The most successful people understand that relationships thrive on reciprocity. It’s not about what you can get from someone but what you can create together over time. Strong professional relationships are built on mutual value, trust, and the willingness to help each other succeed.
